Cabana Project

My customer had a failing 7 foot tall tree leaning toward their front door. My team and I engineered and built concrete retaining walls with layers of French Drains and Surface drains. We also remodeled the entire front yard with a paver patio, steps with safety lighting, a pool side pavilion, asphalt driveway, and plantings to relax and enjoy. We were tested with the unusually rainy winter of 2016. We did not have any more water under the house, mud in the pool, or any threat of water or mudslides throughout their property.
