Hi Joe...happy to report that I patrolled all the outside drains and they are performing well. Flowing well. (I cleaned out that creek bed a week ago to mitigate clogs, etc). When you stand up on top of Big Drain it's pretty amazing and loud! Flow into the drainage pond also full throttle from all pipes. French drain on the outside of the concrete courtyard walls are working hard due to flow coming off the extended roof and from the driveway dry stack walls. And BEST of all is the crawl space is totally dry aside from my wet boot prints!! Thanks to Dicus Corp of Engineering!! P.S. Frogs are really loud which makes everyone happy!
