We installed all utilities and plumbing infrastructure (gas, electric, irrigation, drainage, lighting, and audio-visual). We installed a heavy timber western red cedar pergolas patio cover. We installed paver patios and walkways. We install a seawall for added dimension and functionality around the fire pit. We installed a barbecue/kitchen that included a barbecue, side burner, and fridge. We installed plenty of overhead lighting, landscape lighting, gas heaters, and speakers. To finish the environment, we installed privacy trees, foundation shrubs, and lots of flowering perennials.
